The Position

We are looking for a Regional Financial Business Partner to guide decision-making, provide analytical insights and business judgment to support strategic and tactical initiatives across the region. Leveraging his/her strategic financial and analytical expertise, the role will provide insights, set objectives and drive transformation initiatives that will ensure a sustainable business. This position is located in Casablanca and reports to the Finance Manager for Roche Diagnostics Morocco. Our team plays an integral role in the business, delivering high-quality financial insights and providing transparency for decision-making.

Key job areas - Models business scenarios and tracks performance metrics to enable the organization to make strategic and sound financial decisions. - Providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies - Identify and measure key success drivers - Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance - Responsibility for the reviewing commercial performance - Support Commercial Finance activities (creating maximum value in customer journeys through the deal calculation, Customer profitability monitoring) in order to ensure sustainable growth and profitability of the region. - Providing effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered - Providing finance and business support to commercial, sales and operational staff - Manages the financial forecasting and outlook for the region (Sales/Opex) leveraging existing tools -Support month-end and year-end close process -Involvement in cross-functional projects as a Finance representative -Develop and document business processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls and compliance

Qualification and Experience - Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economy or a related field - At least 7 years of experience in Finance with minimum 2 years in a senior role, experience in similar industry is preferred - Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills and a true entrepreneurial mindset. - Self-driven with a strong desire to experiment with new ways of working and pilot new areas and capabilities - A conceptual thinker with strong business acumen and customer orientation - Strong analytical, quantitative and organizational skills - Technical skills and knowledge of SAP and other financial tools; is considered a plus - Ability to work independently as well as part of a (cross-functional) team, bringing the agile ways of working, empowered decision making and creative mindset to life - Confident in leading and navigating complex topics and global projects - Creative problem-solving mindset, and being able to challenge, coach and motivate colleagues
