Regional Director – Middle East (oil & Gas Projects)

About the Role:
We are hiring a Regional Director to oversee all project operations, client relationships, and strategic growth across the Middle East region. This individual will be the primary liaison between corporate headquarters and regional operations, ensuring consistent performance, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead regional business strategy across oil & gas assets, joint ventures, and EPC contracts.
Oversee performance across engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams.
Manage high-level client relationships with NOCs, IOCs, and government entities.
Identify regional expansion opportunities and build business pipelines.
Represent the company in high-level meetings, summits, and negotiations.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management; MBA is a plus.
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in the GCC oil & gas sector.
Strong network with national oil companies (e.g., ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, KOC).
Excellent cross-functional and cross-cultural leadership ability.
Multilingual (Arabic & English) preferred.
