Job Title Regional Communications Manager
Description
A leading global government body is looking for a communications manager for a pivotal role to lead on the strategic delivery of communications in the Middle East region.
Role:
Support the communication of the body in the region.
Develop and implement communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
Deliver communications outside the region ensuring consistency of messages across all media (print and digital communication materials). Ensure that relationships with key regional media institutions are effectively managed.
Ensure that colleagues in the MENA are well informed about the work of the body.
Responsibilities:
Work with the digital teams to ensure that online campaigns for websites and social media sites are produced.
Brand management: focusing on consistency, style and tone of communication, quality in events management and ensure the brand compliance of all communication and marketing materials
Lead a team of communication managers in order to properly communicate within the MENA
Work collaboratively with the different heads of the body.
Work with the regional and country marketing and communication managers to ensure that communications and marketing outcome targets are met
Required skills:
5 + managerial experience in similar communication roles.
Experience with social media, journalism, PR
Communication skills
Marketing and Customer Service
University degree (communications, journalism, PR or marketing)
MUST speak English (high level) and Arabic (beneficial)
