As a Regional Business Manager, you will lead commercial growth across your assigned territory, identifying opportunities, building high-level customer relationships, and aligning daily with distributor/partner teams. You'll plan and prioritize sales activities, develop account plans, and use sales data to target high-potential accounts.
The Regional Business Manager strengthens loyalty with existing customers, drives new business through professional selling and negotiation, and coordinates end-to-end support (logistics, complaints, service). You will initiate sales and marketing actions in line with the activity plan, negotiate contracts and tenders within guidelines, and deliver consistent coverage of target customers to achieve sales and contribution goals.
