Regional Business Head Western Ksa, Jeddah Base
Job Description
We have been retained by this well established company, who have an excellent reputation in the GCC region, to find them a Regional Business Head, Western region. This job role would be Jeddah based and would look after the companys business across Western region of KSA. Key Responsibilities to include: * Business Development and Strategy * Sales Management * Service Operations and Third:Party Maintenance * Financial Management * Team Leadership * Compliance and Reporting We are interested in hearing from those you have the following skills, qualifications and attributes: * Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Business Management * MBA preferred * 10:15 years of experience in non:food Sales leadership role, managing multiple sites or contracts * Minimum 5+ years in a senior regional or business leadership role * Strong exposure to KSA or GCC markets, preferably Western Region * Proven track record of managing large teams, P and L, and major projects * Strong commercial and financial acumen * Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills * Strategic thinking with hands:on execution ability * Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage Salary package: negotiable for the right person Get in touch:
