Role Overview:
As the
E-Commerce Business Head
, you will lead the digital transformation of our sales and customer experience. You will be responsible for P&L ownership, marketplace performance, D2C growth, and end-to-end digital strategy.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy (D2C & marketplace) Optimize performance marketing, SEO, and customer acquisition strategies Collaborate with supply chain and operations for efficient fulfillment Drive data-led decisions to enhance UX, retention, and conversion Identify new opportunities for product launches and partnerships
You Bring:
6-10 years of experience in e-commerce (preferably F&B or FMCG) Proven track record of scaling digital sales and managing high-performing teams Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills Startup mindset with structured execution capabilities
