About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven
Refrigeration Gas Sales Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
selling refrigerant gases
(R22, R32, R134a, R410A, etc.) within B2B and dealer networks, with a strong understanding of the
HVAC & refrigeration industry
.
Key Responsibilities
Drive
sales of refrigerant gases
across industrial, commercial, and dealer segments.
Identify and develop
new markets and clients
to expand business reach.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing
dealers, distributors, and key customers
.
Formulate and execute
pricing and sales strategies
to meet targets.
Handle
negotiations
, prepare quotations, and close sales effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams for
order processing and logistics
.
Monitor
market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
.
Lead and support sales team members to achieve collective goals.
Requirements
2-3 years
of experience in
industrial/refrigerant gas
or
HVAC
sales.
Strong knowledge of refrigerant gases and their market applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Education
Diploma
in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
MBA
in Marketing or Business Management (preferred).
