We are seeking skilled and motivated Refrigeration Engineers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems and experience in reading and troubleshooting complex system and circuit diagrams. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and supporting our marine and industrial service projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret and troubleshoot refrigeration system layouts and circuit diagrams.
Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on refrigeration systems.
Identify issues and suggest technical solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for service and repair work.
Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure system performance and safety.
Follow safety protocols and industry standards in all activities.
Requirements:
Technical qualification in Refrigeration Engineering or related field (ITI/Diploma/Certification).
Proven experience in refrigeration systems, preferably in marine or industrial environments.
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical refrigeration components.
Good communication skills - both verbal and written.
Ability to prepare service and diagnostic reports clearly and accurately.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
