Certified Reformer & Mat Pilates Instructor Minimum 2 years of teaching experience Strong communication & interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and support clients of all levels Passion for health, wellness, and community engagement
Compensation & Benefits
o Salary: 8,000 - 12,000 AED per month (based on experience and qualifications) o Commission: 20% - 30% on private sessions o Accommodation: Provided by the company o Visa & Work Permit: Fully sponsored by the company o Health Insurance: Provided as per UAE labor laws o Annual Leave: 30 calendar days per year o Public Holidays: As per UAE labor law (compensatory leave if required to work) o Annual ticket provided.
Work Schedule & Responsibilities
o Work Schedule: 6 days per week, 7-9 hours per day. o Group Classes: 5 classes per day (capped at 30 teaching hours per week) o Private Sessions: Scheduled separately

o Probation Period: 6 months o Notice Period: 2 months
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Reformer Pilates: 2 years (Required)
