Role Description

We are hiring a Red Hat Certified Engineer (OpenShift Administrator) for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, UAE.

The OpenShift Administrator will be responsible for:

Managing and maintaining the OpenShift Container Platform. Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines. Collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications. Monitoring system health, troubleshooting issues, applying updates and patches. Providing support for containerized applications and system enhancements.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Proficiency with OpenShift Container Platform and Kubernetes. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and automation tools. Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems and shell scripting. Understanding of network configuration, security practices, and firewall management. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification (mandatory). Prior experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
