Dans le but d'atteindre ses objectifs specifiques pour l'an 2020, Canada-OIT conau un programme denomme'' PROGRAMME JEUNES ADMINISTRATEURS''. Ce programme se veut atre un moteur de l'emploi et a pour but de recruter les cadres et jeunes competents, efficaces et dynamiques dans ses administrations afin de reduire le taux de chamage constate dans les pays membres a travers les etudes statistiques realisees dans ses deux derniares annees.
LaEUR(TM)OIT saEUR(TM)attache a promouvoir laEUR(TM)egalite des sexes et laEUR(TM)equilibre geographique dans le monde. Notons egalement qu'en plus des hommes, les femmes sont vivement encouragees a se porter candidates, de mame que les ressortissants daEUR(TM)a?tats membres non representes ou sous-representes.
