We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, blue-collar, and white-collar positions. The role requires strong sourcing skills, screening capabilities, and the ability to deliver qualified candidates within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).
Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and networking.
Handle mass hiring for blue-collar staff as well as specialized technical/white-collar roles.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor laws.
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in technical and high-volume hiring.
Knowledge of recruitment tools, databases, and assessment methods.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
