Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Location: Sharjah, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Focus on overseas recruitment to meet the company's staffing needs.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the right fit for each role.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in overseas recruitment.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting for diverse roles.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Arab nationalities are preferred.
Working Days:
Monday to Friday (5-day workweek).
