Recruitment Coordinator / HR Assistant (Europe & Americas Focus)

Position Overview
The Recruitment Specialist supports the talent acquisition team by assisting with recruitment activities for roles focused on the European and American markets. This position plays a key role in candidate coordination, recruitment operations, and market research while supporting broader HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support talent recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
Manage candidate information and maintain accurate records in recruitment systems
Conduct initial candidate communications and support background or reference checks, as applicable
Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to improve hiring efficiency
Provide research support on labor regulations, talent market trends, and cultural considerations in Europe and the Americas
Compile, organize, and analyze recruitment data; prepare recruitment and HR reports
Collaborate with team members on additional HR and administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
Professional-level English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in international recruitment contexts
Practical understanding of European and/or American labor markets and workplace cultures
Proficiency in Chinese and English, with the ability to draft professional documents, emails, and reports
Basic experience or strong interest in recruitment or human resources (entry-level candidates welcome)
Strong learning ability and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills
High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working with European or American companies or cross-border teams
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR-related software
Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and the ability to support or manage hiring tasks independently
Educational background in STEM, business, HR, or related fields
