This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Recruiter role at
Asico Real Estate LLC,
based in Dubai. As a Real Estate Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent for our real estate team. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying recruitment needs, posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. You will play a crucial role in building a talented and diverse team to support our luxury real estate services.Requirements
Prior experience in real estate recruiting or a similar role Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to attract, assess, and select qualified candidates Proven ability to manage recruitment processes and timelines Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
