Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
Identify, source, and engage top commission-based sales agents through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and real estate industry contacts.
Screening & Interviewing:
Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, sales experience, motivation, and suitability for commission-based roles in real estate.
Offer Negotiation:
Present and negotiate commission-based compensation packages to prospective candidates, ensuring they fully understand the earning potential and performance expectations.
Onboarding Support:
Manage the onboarding process for new agents, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to succeed in a commission-driven role.
Building & Maintaining Relationships:
Develop and maintain a strong network of top-tier commission-based real estate agents for future hiring needs.
Market Insight:
Stay informed about the latest trends in the Dubai real estate market and the competition, to better position Xperience Realty as a desirable employer.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, with a focus on commission-based roles, preferably in real estate.
Real Estate Industry Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including commission structures, property sales processes, and key player dynamics.
Sales-Oriented:
A solid understanding of commission-based sales structures and the motivation behind high-performance agents in real estate.
Goal-Driven & Self-Motivated:
Strong drive to meet and exceed recruitment goals, with a results-oriented mindset.
