You will play a key role in building a strong employer brand and ensuring a seamless candidate experience that reflects the company's culture and values.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles across departments.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, headhunting, and networking.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates in line with job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, pipelines, and talent databases.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent in the UAE and GCC region.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies during hiring and onboarding.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and market salary benchmarks.
