with proven experience in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates for a wide range of technical and non-technical roles across civil, MEP, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for construction-related roles (e.g., engineers, foremen, site supervisors, project managers)
Collaborate with project and department heads to understand manpower needs
Develop job descriptions and post vacancies on relevant platforms
Source candidates through job portals, social media, agencies, and referrals
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments
Maintain a strong pipeline of skilled candidates for ongoing and future projects
Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates
Maintain recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the construction or engineering sector
Familiarity with construction job roles, skill sets, and site-based hiring practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
