Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients to build new business opportunities.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across industries.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from client briefing to offer acceptance.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and placement targets.
Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Keep up-to-date with market trends and industry insights.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
recruitment and sales/business development
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
Prior experience in a
recruitment agency
is preferred.
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
