Recruitment Specialist

to help us attract and onboard the best talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for sales, leasing, and support roles Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate pipeline Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of recruitment experience in the real estate industry

Strong understanding of Dubai's property market and related job roles Familiarity with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented
