Odoo, one of Belgium's fastest-growing IT companies, is looking for a dynamic person to join the Odoo family in Dubai's office!
To help us find and select the best candidates, we are looking for a very dynamic recruitment specialist to support the HR team.
You will be mainly in charge of the smooth recruitment process from filtering resumes to attending interviews with hiring managers. Concretely you will have to manage the adverts, the applications coming through Odoo, the interviews with your direct colleagues and the managers, the feedback and the offers.
In the meantime, you will support and develop relationships with external organizations to increase the pipeline of candidates. In other words, you will get in contact with professional event coordinators, and universities. Your role will be to attend those events in order to maintain a pipeline of full candidates.
In this role, you will be in contact with all managers of the company to understand their needs, set the interviews, and get their feedback. You will work independently but never alone. It means that you must be flexible and self-confident to take on new initiatives and responsibilities.

Must Have

• 1-2 years of recruitment experience in UAE
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Passion for software products; Startup industry recruitment experience preferred
• Fluent in English and Arabic
