Talent Acquisition Specialist
to help us grow our team of licensedreal estate agents
.Key Responsibilities
Hire and onboard licensed
real estate agents
Sourcing tools to find top candidates Write and manage engaging job ads Screen applicants and schedule interviews Collaborate with sales managers to meet agent hiring targets Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reportsQualifications
1-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition Experience hiring
real estate agents
or sales professionals preferred Strong communication and time management skillsJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
