Collaborate with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms (internal and external).
Source candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms).
Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in final selection processes.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly.
Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other hiring events.
Assist in developing and maintaining the employer branding strategy.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal recruitment policies.
Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review.
