Job Description
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with hands-on experience in blue-collar hiring to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for large-scale workforce requirements across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience: Minimum 1 year in blue-collar recruitment in Dubai.
Skills: Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge: Familiarity with bulk hiring strategies and labor laws in the UAE.
Preferred: Experience in hiring for construction, logistics, manufacturing, or hospitality.
Salary + Incentives + Other standard benefits as per UAE Labor Law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle mass/volume hiring for blue-collar roles across different sectors.
- Source and screen candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes efficiently.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their manpower needs.
- Maintain an updated database of potential candidates.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
