Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media platforms
Actively leverage LinkedIn presence and followers to promote job openings and employer branding
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
Post job openings and regularly engage with candidates on LinkedIn
Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Stay updated with market trends and hiring best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Talent Acquisition professional
Strong sourcing and networking skills, especially on LinkedIn
Well-established LinkedIn profile with good follower engagement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
