Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Prepare and post job ads across various platforms.
Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers across multiple divisions.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist in developing job descriptions and hiring strategies.
Ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Handle offer letters, documentation, and onboarding procedures.
Maintain compliance with Qatar labor regulations and internal policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Familiarity with Qatar employment laws and visa procedures is preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies across different sectors.
Strong attention to detail and professional work ethic.
