Recruitment Specialist
Job Description
Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the Oil & Gas sector.
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through job portals, networking, and industry-specific channels.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning.
Manage offer negotiations, employment contracts, and onboarding processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring reports.
Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
