Source, interview, and recruit qualified candidates for roles in events, exhibitions, and fairs in Qatar.
Coordinate recruitment processes for event staff, including event managers, Project Manager/Director, Conference Manager, Sales Account Manager, Digital Marketing Executive, Exhibition Managers, Event coordinators, Content Creators, Editors, technicians, and support staff.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various event-related positions, ensuring staffing needs are met for both large-scale exhibitions and smaller events.
Work closely with event planners and managers to understand staffing requirements.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future events.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, including NOC requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years
of experience in recruitment, specifically in events, exhibitions, and fairs.
Strong understanding of the
Holding Industry
in Qatar, including staffing requirements for large-scale events.
Experience with
local recruitment processes
and
NOC (No Objection Certificate)
management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
