We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Recruiter with strong expertise in the healthcare sector in the UAE.

The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of UAE health licensing standards (DOH, DHA, MOH) and proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

As an HR Recruiter at Unihealth, you will play a critical role in identifying, sourcing, and placing qualified healthcare professionals while ensuring compliance with UAE licensing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals across multiple specialties. Ensure candidates meet UAE healthcare licensing requirements (DOH, DHA, MOH). Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines in ATS systems. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to match staffing needs with licensed healthcare professionals. Guide candidates through the licensing process and provide consultancy support when needed. Stay updated on UAE healthcare regulations and licensing authority changes.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience in the UAE healthcare sector. Strong knowledge of UAE health licensing systems (DOH, DHA, MOH, MOHAP). Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and CRM systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
