Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
Build relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in blue-collar and white-collar recruitment.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Familiarity with platforms like Bayt, Naukrigulf, and LinkedIn.
Strong networking and negotiation skills.
