Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit skilled fabricators and welders from India & UAE. Organize interviews, trade tests, and medical examinations. Handle visa applications, travel arrangements, and onboarding processes. Implement cost-effective recruitment strategies. Negotiate competitive rates with agencies and service providers. Identify alternative channels to minimize hiring costs without compromising quality. Recruit professionals for construction-related positions in the UAE. Use job portals, networks, and recruitment consultancies to source candidates. Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks. Build relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in blue-collar and white-collar recruitment. In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations. Familiarity with platforms like Bayt, Naukrigulf, and LinkedIn. Strong networking and negotiation skills. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with innovative hiring strategies.
