We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Recruitment Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our recruitment services to organizations across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs
Promote recruitment solutions to potential clients through calls, meetings, and presentations
Collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver high-quality candidates and services
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within recruitment, HR services, or staffing
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build long-term client relationships
