As a freelance Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for a wide range of positions. You will work closely with our Recruitment Consultants, helping them identify the best talent to meet our clients\' specific requirements. This is a remote-based freelance position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UAE.

- Utilize various online platforms, job boards, and social media channels to source potential candidates for open positions.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening by reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and assessing candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
- Create compelling job descriptions and postings to attract potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist Recruitment Consultants in shortlisting and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop innovative sourcing strategies and enhance the candidate experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to optimize candidate sourcing techniques.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Demonstratable experience working with companies in the Interior Materials industry such as flooring, furniture, lighting, AV and IT.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
- Familiarity with online sourcing platforms, job boards, and social media recruitment techniques.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate candidate records.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- UAE residency and work authorization.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi/Arabic is a plus.
