Job Description
We are expanding our specialist Luxury Hospitality Recruitment Practice and are seeking an experienced Recruitment Partner with a proven track record recruiting for high-end hotels, resorts, private members' clubs, and premium hospitality brands.
This is a relationship-led, commercially focused role where you will partner with senior hospitality leaders, identify exceptional talent, and deliver high-quality placements across operational, executive, and specialist functions.
You will:
- Build trusted partnerships with luxury hospitality clients
- Deliver full lifecycle recruitment across premium hospitality roles
- Source exceptional talent through market mapping, networks, and search
- Grow long-term client relationships while achieving revenue targets
- Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring insight
