Reports directly to: Team Leader, Recruitment Specialist
Internal Stakeholders: Company CEO, SR Talent Acquisition Business Partner, Senior Recruitment Officer, Team Leader, Recruitment Specialist, Recruitment Officer, Sector Advisors, and Partners.
External Stakeholders: Clients, partners, candidates, professional institutions
Position Summary:
Our Executive search and recruitment department is a key product at RecruitMe Plus. We work towards ensuring a smooth, rapid yet professional recruitment process for our partners (clients) and candidates while maintaining a high level of integrity. The Recruitment Officer will be facilitating the smooth running of the full recruitment-cycle process as per RecruitMe Plus policies, procedures, and ethics while guiding this process. Also, the Recruitment Officer will be requested to participate in the strategic meeting and suggest continuous improvement measures & tools to RecruitMe Plus business that will ensure ultimate service quality to the clients. Throughout your advisory approach, you will be supporting proactive sales activities, aiming to advise prospects on our services and transfer those to loyal clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and build up smooth and comprehensive communication with the Client
Advise clients and stakeholders on RecruitMe Plus services, policies & procedures
Receive and analyze s
Design job advertisements and spread those out to the most efficient sourcing channels including our career page supported by an ATS and various social media channels
Screen direct applications
Identifying Keywords, and proactively searching for potential qualified roles
Conduct initial interviews with shortlisted applicants and refer those accordingly
Guide multiple stakeholders through RecruitMe Plus processes
Coordinate and facilitate interview schedules, interview trips
Conduct Reference Checks when required
In charge of social media materials and tools including posts, schedules, content and article writing
Utilize regional and international job boards, oversee social media initiatives and apply innovative sourcing methods to support recruiting objectives.
Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with key stakeholders including candidates, clients, Universities, peer agencies, partners
Attend and manage when needed- full-day job fairs locally or regionally- and attempt to represent RecruitMe Plus and promote its services and values
Maintain Recruitment Tracking sheet and other relevant reports for accountability
Develop candidate rosters, employing traditional sourcing strategies, actively network and employ innovative, creative recruiting methods to hire the best talent.
Participate in attracting new clients
Conduct research with regard to industry\'s latest updates & trends
Perform any other related recruitment or HR administrative and business development tasks
Review & revise CVs before submitting them to clients when needed
Manage full-cycle of domestic or regional recruitment trips including communications with venues, interview schedule, candidates escorting
Participate in direct and indirect sales initiatives
Skills:
Bachelors or Masters\'s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 2 years of relative experience.
Resourceful
Solid presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively
Diplomatic and strong acumen in establishing positive working relationships with employees and all other stakeholders to maximize cooperation and productivity.
Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
Excellent writing skills
Experience using local and regional job boards
Experience in ATS is highly preferable
Research and Internet surfing skills
Social Media common user and platforms friendly
Ability to travel domestically or regionally for business purposes
