We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Oil & Gas Services Middle East LLC / Qatar for : Recruitment Officer Job Purpose: To support the commercial success of our business by attracting and retaining talent with the appropriate competencies and skills. Your main duties will be to:  Finding personnel mainly for oil & gas industries and customers, to support the development of the business in a challenging context. Understanding of the business and clients’ field and projects. Posting job advertising through specialized job boards, internal recruitment tool and newspaper. Sourcing and selecting profiles, evaluating and checking if applicants’ technical competencies and experience are matching with the position needs through email and phone interviews. Arranging telephonic interviews and checking references, availability, salary expectations. Submission of CVs as per KPI and before the deadline. Negotiating to ensure candidate salary expectation is fitting with the terms of the position. Ensuring that the database accurately reflects all business dealings with clients and candidates. Assisting on mobilization process (contracts, enrolment, visa documents collection). Candidate profile: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment in the Oil and Gas industry. Good experience in the Recruitment of Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals sectors/industry and covered all recruitment levels from technician to mid-level positions all across the domains and skills and can bring more support on bulk recruitment with agencies knowledge in India / Philippines.  Experience in Defining and understanding candidate audiences in which company needs to source and acquire talents. Well knows Qatar's local market and labor law. Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to deal with multi-cultural environment. Proactive in evaluating business, client and candidates needs. Proven ability to take initiatives and look beyond current requirements Very good administrative & organizational skills. Ability to ensure that quality meets deadline by prioritizing and scheduling the daily work. Analytic skills to gather and summarize needs, information and objectives of assigned tasks. Demonstrates teamwork, strong drive for results and self-motivation. Maintain all activity in the recruitment application tracking system.

Candidate profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Good experience in the Recruitment of Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals sectors/industry and covered all recruitment levels from technician to mid-level positions all across the domains and skills and can bring more support on bulk recruitment with agencies knowledge in India / Philippines.
