- Manage recruitment and staffing, including identifying staffing needs, developing job descriptions, and conducting interviews and hiring processes
- Screen application forms and shortlists applicants
- Maintain ongoing liaison with the candidate through all mobilization matters, including visas, medical checkups, carrying out reference checks, etc.
- Arrange formal meetings, interviews, videos call, and/or computer-based connections
- Ensure files on new employees are maintained and kept up to date with relevant documentation
- Maintain all pertinent applicants and interview data in the system
- Provide general administrative support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports
