Job Description

The User is accountable to manage day to day recruitment activities from Sourcing, Interview coordination ,, Offer Onboarding.
  • Handle client requirements independently and plan hiring strategies
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, Vendors, Job Portals etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Track and engage Offered candidates till their joining Requirements and skills
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (for Executive/Senior Executives)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills Skills & Education:
  • Excellent Communication Skills, Analytical & Good Listening Skills
  • Basic Computer Skills
Ability to Handle Recruitment Process for GCC Countries

Make new clients from Other countries for Manpower requirements

Search for Unskilled, semi skilled , skilled candidates as per Overseas clients requirement.

Experienced in full-cycle recruiting which includes requirement qualification, sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, and salary.

Should be well versed with different type of employment and visa categories.

Interview management and successful salary negotiation skills required.

Process oriented, with strong attention to detail

Able to multi-task, effectively managing a wide range of daily activities and any activity

Able to work as a productive, collaborative member of a team

Good Knowledge in M.S Office Applications- (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Take part in designing and implementing the overall recruitment strategy

Being helpful to the operations team in the employee engagement activities whenever required
