Job Description
As a Recruitment Officer, your main responsibility is to identify, attract, and select suitable candidates for various job positions within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Posting job ads: You will be responsible for writing and posting job ads on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
- Screening resumes: You will review resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conducting interviews: You will conduct interviews with job candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and fit for the position.
- Coordinating with hiring managers: You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences for job candidates.
- Negotiating job offers: You will negotiate job offers with job candidates, including salary, benefits, and other terms of employment.
- Maintaining recruitment records: You will maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, including resumes, interview notes, and other relevant information.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources/Psychology.
- Must have extensive experience in recruitment ( experience in healthcare professionals is a plus).
- Must have at least 2 years of work experience as a Recruitment Officer.
- Organized and can work with minimum supervision.
- Must have negotiation skills.
- Has great time management skills and can multi-task.
- Responsible and can handle work pressure.
- Good communication skills.
- Currently located/willing to be relocated to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
