Job Description
Male- Can speak Arabic and English as well Arabic- Nationality Age 20 to 35 Must have 3 to 5 years Experience Must have experience as a Recruiting Domestic Workers in UAE Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies. Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each service being offered. Helps to interview, hire, manage, and direct members of the company's marketing teams. Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client. requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client. briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job.
- Dealing with the agent to provide us with resumes.
- Strong communication skills can speak Arabic and English as well
- Maintain recruitment/ replacement / refund cases by dealing with the agents.
