Our client a leading government entity in Sharjah is currently looking for a hands-on and strategic Recruitment Manager to plan, develop, manage, and oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies for the group. The role - Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies - Design, plan and execute employer branding activities - Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast - Developing effective recruitment strategies, including job posting optimization, physical and digital employment marketing, job board procurement, and talent planning - Creating and developing a competitive or specialized intelligence concerning talent development or employee retention - Coaching and developing members and providing recruitment guidance for the team Client requirements - UAE National with family book - 8-10 years' experience from a similar background within commercially-driven sectors - Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner - Good empathy and interpersonal skills - Understand high level stakeholder management - Hands-on in leading the end to end recruitment process including candidate closing Benefits: ..
