Recruitment Manager Senior
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sr Recruitment Manager with strong agency network with Asian countries.
Must have proven experience in bulk hiring for blue-collar categories.
Hands-on exposure in white-collar recruitment across real estate, telecom, and civil engineering sectors.
Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills are essential.
Experienced in working with large workforce companies and able to perform effectively under pressure
Ability to handle recruitment team onshore and offshore
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree / MBA in HR (preferred). Certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an added advantage.
Key Skills
Strong sourcing and recruitment expertise (blue-collar & white-collar). Excellent networking with manpower agencies - Internationally Proven bulk hiring experience for large workforce companies. Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment dashboards. Good understanding of UAE labor laws and recruitment compliance. Team leadership, planning, and stakeholder management abilities.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
