Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in real estate (brokers, sales agents, property consultants, admin, marketing, etc.).
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a pipeline of real estate agents through proactive sourcing, networking, and referrals.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Use recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dubizzle, Bayt, etc.) to source qualified candidates.
Organize recruitment events, open houses, and career fairs.
Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare weekly hiring reports for management.
Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
Enhance employer branding to position the company as a top real estate employer in Dubai.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3-7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in real estate or sales-driven industries.
Strong understanding of the Dubai/UAE job market.
Proven track record hiring property consultants and real estate agents.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency with ATS systems and online hiring platforms.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
