Job Description

Al Rasikhoon Real Estate is seeking an experienced and strategic Recruitment Manager to lead the company's talent acquisition efforts and support our ongoing expansion in the UAE real estate market. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment and a proven track record in mass hiring and/or real estate hiring within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with business goals Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future hiring needs Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for various roles across the organization Ensure recruitment practices comply with UAE labor laws and internal company policies Use multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social media, agencies, and referrals Oversee onboarding processes in coordination with the HR team Manage external partnerships with recruitment agencies and service providers Monitor recruitment KPIs and deliver regular reports to senior management Participate in employer branding activities and talent outreach events Supervise and guide junior recruiters or HR staff when applicable

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in the UAE, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role Proven experience in mass hiring campaigns and/or real estate industry recruitment is highly preferred Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, hiring trends, and local market dynamics Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in recruitment tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals Strong organizational and time management skills Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
