Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
Conduct employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvements.
Support HR activities related to employee engagement, retention, and performance management as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of proven experience
as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar HR/recruitment role.
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
