Dubai-based-Remote | Full-Time | UK Hours (8am-4pm)

About the Role

We're seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment & Employer Engagement Executive to join our Dubai-based team.

You'll play a key role in supporting our UK training and apprenticeship divisions by engaging with employers who are actively recruiting, matching candidates to vacancies, and sending speculative CVs to build new employer relationships.

This is an outbound, relationship-focused recruitment role -- ideal for someone who enjoys connecting people with opportunities and can confidently approach businesses about staffing and training needs.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and contact employers in the UK with current or upcoming vacancies Promote available candidates from our talent pool to suitable businesses Send speculative CVs and follow up with employers to discuss hiring needs Match candidates to vacancies and support them through the placement process Maintain accurate records of employer contact and placement activity in Zoho CRM Work closely with the UK team to share employer leads and candidate updates Cross-sell apprenticeship and training solutions where relevant

Ideal Candidate

At least 2 years' experience in recruitment, resourcing, or employer engagement (UK market experience preferred) Strong understanding of B2B outreach and cold calling Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English Organised, target-driven, and able to manage multiple placements at once Comfortable sending speculative CVs and following up professionally Experience with CRM systems or applicant tracking tools (Zoho preferred) Able to work UK hours (8am-4pm UAE time) Monday to Friday
