We are seeking a motivated and analytical Recruitment & Data Analytics Intern to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both recruitment processes and data-driven decision-making within a corporate environment.

Assist in various stages of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews Collect, clean, and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and patterns Support the development and maintenance of recruitment metrics and dashboards Collaborate with HR team members to optimize recruitment strategies based on data insights Assist in the implementation and utilization of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Conduct research on industry hiring trends and best practices Participate in projects aimed at improving recruitment efficiency and effectiveness Prepare reports and presentations on recruitment analytics

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or related field Proficiency in data analysis software such as Excel Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and basic HR processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus Keen attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information Effective time management and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Enthusiasm for learning and applying data-driven approaches to recruitment Academic projects or coursework related to HR or data analysis preferred
