The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Recruitment campaigns across the end-to-end interview process. Updating candidate data in company's tracking system and coordinating various activities between candidates, client, travel consultant and recruiters. Event Coordinator will manage the full life cycle of the interview process. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Recruitment coordinator will play a key role in managing the process of interviews, tracking results, assisting candidates and account manager in all administrative duties before and after recruitment campaign.
Ensure proper co-ordination between candidates and clients
Ensure candidates reaches the interview venue as scheduled
To ensure proper internal communication through right channel.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the flow of candidates thorough the recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to getting the final status of the interviews conducted.
Screen and evaluate the applications for eligibility, and advises applicants on documentation requirements.
Assists with reference and background checks; coordinates the selection and notification process, and assures effective communications of all phases of the recruitment and selection process.
Confirming the shortlisted candidates for client interview, online interview or telephonic interview
Coordinating with candidates and client during interview, before interview and after interview
Preparing candidates selection, standby & rejection list for client’s further reference.
Maintaining accurate database of the candidates to support, track and provide report on candidate and event activities.
Maintains confidential files, records and reports; collect and file required documentation, and researches discrepancies; prepares and reviews all necessary forms, records and documentation for recruitments assigned; prepares activity reports as needed.
Maintains the absolute confidentiality of work-related issues, personnel record.
Ensure data quality to support, track and report on candidate and event activities.
Any other related works as assigned from time to time by your reporting authority.
Required Key Skills:
Very good oral and written communication skills in English
Proven work experience as a Recruiting coordinator or recruiter
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Database Management
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
High level of interpersonal skills
Excellent organization skills.
College graduate, preferably Bachelor’s degree.
