Job Description

Manage all the recruitment transactional processes (cycles) for specifically allocated vacancies to include: - Receive recruitment requests from line managers of each department and outlet. - Make sure that this request for the appointment of a new hiring or is it a replacement of resigned employee. - If the request to hiring a replacement, must get the HR asst. Manager approval. - Compiling shortlist and interview packs for line managers based on competences required. - Ensuring that all relevant communication to line managers and applicants are sent out. - Assist with production of relevant management information and reports including advertising spend, agency offices, head hunting, walks up candidates, Recruitment websites. Liaison with external advertising agencies and temporary recruitment agencies. To coordinate the redeployment program, which assists employees who are seeking internal alternative employment opportunities Liaise with the recruitment contact center and deal with application queries. Deal with and resolve queries relating to recruitment and advertising. Screening applications and processing successful candidates to interview. Short list the candidates as per the required competencies. Arranging all first and final round interviews. Arranging to make interviews by phone / Zoom Interview Inform the selected committee with the interview date and time. Responding in a timely manner to queries from interviewers, candidates, ensuring they have a positive experience of the recruitment team in the academy and this is including queries to telephone enquiries. Send apologize E-mails to the failure\xe2\x80\x99s candidates. Responsible for arranging any paper testing as required. Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and legislation. Tell the selected candidate with the documents required to appoint. Arrange with the selected candidate to start the work. Handle the probation period evaluation of the new joiners by coordination with the line manager or supervisor. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month Education:
