Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process in collaboration with hiring managers and HR team.
Post job vacancies on job boards, career websites, and internal portals.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Prepare interview materials and update interview feedback records.
Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
Follow up with candidates and hiring managers post-interview for feedback and next steps.
Assist in preparing job offers and employment contracts.
Coordinate pre-employment checks (background verification, references, etc.).
Support onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and communicating with new hires.
Maintain recruitment reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and applicable labor laws.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR support role.
Knowledge of recruitment tools
Naukri , Indeed, LinkedIn
and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
