Job Description
- Responsible for the End-to-End Recruitment hiring process.
- Consult with Department Managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives.
- Write and post vacancy positions with job descriptions in all portals, career websites and social media.
- Source candidates by using portals (Bayt.com; Naukrigulf, Indeed, and LinkedIn).
- Evaluate and screen resumes.
- Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates\xe2\x80\x99 skills
- Conduct telephone interview for the shortlisted candidates.
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to clients.
- Help Recruitment Lead for recruiting methods and interview questions.
- Responsible to do reference check for the selected candidates (* Managerial positions)
- Responsible to contact new employees\xe2\x80\x99 and prepare onboarding sessions.
- Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met.
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.
- Stay up to date with current recruiting methods.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
- Superb customer focus
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Bachelor\'s (Required)
- Recruiter: 3 years (Required)
